We want you and your little ones to love your new swimmers. If you don’t, please drop us a line using the contact part of our site and let us know what is wrong. We can then let you know where and how to send them and what happens next.
Please note however, that we only offer exchange or refund on returned goods as long as these are unworn, unwashed and with all the labels and hygiene sticker still attached. Due to issues with hygiene, we can’t offer a refund on garments that have had this sticker removed.
